Calendar & Availability

Keep your calendar up to date to avoid double bookings and maximize your occupancy.

Viewing Your Calendar

Access your calendar from Host Dashboard > Calendar. You’ll see:

  • Booked dates: Shown in green with guest name
  • Blocked dates: Shown in gray
  • Available dates: Open for booking

Blocking Dates

Block dates when your property is unavailable:

  1. Click on the start date
  2. Drag to the end date (or click again)
  3. Select Block dates
  4. Add an optional note (e.g., “Personal use”, “Maintenance”)

Minimum Stay Requirements

Set minimum night requirements:

Go to Listing > Availability > Trip length to configure.

Syncing External Calendars

Sync with other platforms to avoid double bookings:

Export Your Calendar

  1. Go to Calendar > Settings
  2. Copy your iCal export URL
  3. Paste into Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

Import External Calendars

  1. Go to Calendar > Settings > Import
  2. Paste the iCal URL from your other platform
  3. Set sync frequency (recommended: every 1 hour)

Important: Imported calendars only block dates. Pricing and booking details won’t sync.

Instant Book vs Request to Book

Control how guests book your property:

  • Instant Book: Guests can book immediately without approval
  • Request to Book: You review and approve each booking request

Configure in Listing > Availability > Booking settings.
