Welcome to MyGoodRental! This guide will walk you through setting up your host account and creating your first property listing.

Creating Your Host Account

  1. Visit mygoodrental.com and click Sign Up
  2. Select I’m a Host when prompted
  3. Complete your profile information
  4. Verify your email address

Setting Up Your First Listing

Once your account is ready, you can create your first property listing:

Step 1: Property Details

Provide basic information about your property:

  • Property name and description
  • Property type (house, apartment, cabin, etc.)
  • Location and address
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

Step 2: Photos

Upload high-quality photos of your property:

  • Exterior shots
  • Living spaces
  • Bedrooms
  • Kitchen and bathrooms
  • Any unique features or amenities

Tip: Properties with 10+ professional-quality photos receive significantly more bookings.

Step 3: Pricing

Set your nightly rates and any additional fees:

  • Base nightly rate
  • Cleaning fee
  • Security deposit (optional)
  • Weekend and seasonal pricing adjustments

Step 4: Availability

Configure your calendar:

  • Block dates when your property is unavailable
  • Set minimum and maximum stay requirements
  • Enable or disable instant booking

Once your listing is complete:

  • Review your listing preview
  • Publish your listing to make it visible to guests
  • Set up your payout method to receive payments
