This guide covers everything you need to know about creating and managing property listings on MyGoodRental.
Creating a New Listing
Property Information
When creating a listing, you’ll need to provide:

| Property Name | A descriptive title for your listing |
| Description | Detailed description of the property |
| Property Type | House, apartment, cabin, etc. |
| Location | Full address of the property |
| Capacity | Maximum number of guests |
| Bedrooms | Number of bedrooms |
| Bathrooms | Number of bathrooms |
Setting Pricing
You can configure various pricing options:
- Base Rate: Your standard nightly price
- Weekend Pricing: Different rates for Friday-Saturday nights
- Seasonal Pricing: Adjust rates for peak/off-peak seasons
- Cleaning Fee: One-time fee per booking
- Extra Guest Fee: Additional charge per guest beyond a threshold
Calendar Management
Keep your calendar up to date:
- Block unavailable dates
- Set minimum stay requirements
- Configure check-in and check-out times
- Sync with external calendars (iCal)
Editing Your Listing
To edit an existing listing:
- Go to Host Dashboard > Listings
- Click on the listing you want to edit
- Make your changes
- Click Save to update
Note: Some changes (like address) may require re-verification before they become visible to guests.
Deactivating a Listing
If you need to temporarily or permanently remove a listing:
- Go to Host Dashboard > Listings
- Click the listing you want to deactivate
- Click Deactivate Listing
- Choose whether the deactivation is temporary or permanent
Deactivated listings won’t appear in search results, but existing bookings will be honored.
