Learn how MyGoodRental handles payments and when you’ll receive your earnings.
How Payouts Work
When a guest books your property:
- Guest Payment: The guest pays the full amount at booking
- Funds Held: We securely hold the funds until after check-in
- Payout Initiated: 24 hours after check-in, we initiate your payout
- Funds Received: You receive the funds in your connected bank account
Setting Up Your Payout Method
To receive payments, you need to connect a payout method:
- Go to Host Dashboard > Payouts
- Click Add Payout Method
- Follow the prompts to connect your bank account via Stripe Connect
- Verify your identity (required by payment regulations)
Supported Payout Methods

Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed according to this schedule:
- Standard: Funds released 24 hours after guest check-in
- Processing: 2-3 business days for bank transfer
- Weekend/Holidays: May extend processing time
Understanding Your Earnings
For each booking, here’s how your earnings are calculated:
Gross Booking Amount
- MyGoodRental Service Fee (X%)
- Payment Processing Fee
= Your Net Payout
View detailed breakdowns in your Host Dashboard > Earnings.
Payout Issues
If you have issues with payouts:
- Verify your bank account is correctly connected
- Check for any identity verification requirements
- Ensure no holds have been placed on your account
- Contact support if issues persist
Important: Keep your payout information up to date to avoid delays in receiving your earnings.
